This is the windows developer preview. What I can't believe is that they just released IE9 and now they have IE10 not even 6 months later. I don't really care as I use Google Chrome but other less techy people will just use the default browser.Related content

I don't think so...anyone can go and get it from microsoft.com then just burn the .iso file to a disc and boot from the disk.

mozilla, google and microsoft seem to think that novice users have been told by other noobs that the higher the version the better it is. they are not entirely correct.

yep...some new versions completely fuck up whilst the older version are more stable.
