once he has the X-Blade, he will take over kingdom hearts and shape the worlds according to his will.

Well I suppose it isn't a victory yet, but everything goes almost exactly as planned for him close to the end of BBS... of course, our heroes do manage to thwart those plans in some fashion, but that didn't stop Xehanort from having a quick victory dance!
And we can only guess what his schemes are for the future o:
