good golly gosh i drew this forever ago and never uploaded it? It's been in my stash since March of 2017 :'D oops!

also sitting in my stash are the progress pics of this (sketch, flats with no shading/background/etc.) and a GIF version where i attempted to make it glitch like in the music video :'D it didn't turn out as good as i wanted it to, so i decided to upload the non-gif version instead!
