Perhaps the card you saw was "similar" to this? as this particular art was never licensed for actual card production (although I would LOVE to have a line of cards in WalMart!!)

Not an actual card. I actually had the Jiminy art vectored awhile ago (in preparation for a t-shirt design I was going to manufacture) and when a fellow DA artist mentioned their upcoming birthday (and happened to be a Jiminy fan)....well, I thought it would be nice to add the font and stars just in time to blow out the candles!
