Andross of the Star Fox series versus Grodd of DC Comics. Two evil super-intelligent primates whose powers have evolved massively and aspire to absolute rule.

Andross was the Lylat System's most brilliant scientist and is now its aspiring conqueror and Emperor. He wields a Telekinetic Amplifier that was able to enslave the entire population of the planet Venom; a Gravity Bomb that created a black hole that destroyed half of the Lylat System's asteroid belt; an array of bio-tech enhanced monsters and mechanzed star-fighters as part of his Venom Army; he has augmented himself into a giant head and two hands capable of melee attacks, sucking enemies into his mouth, spit out giant rocks, and firing energy waves and lasers from his eyes; and he has the ability to survive as a disembodied spirit and discover ways to revive himself.

Gorilla Grodd is the aspiring ruler of Gorilla City and archenemy of the Flash. He wields vast Telepathic powers, able to Mind Control animals and sentient beings; create Telepathic Illusions; fire Telekinetic Force Beams; transmute materials Telekinetically; can lift thousands of tons Telekinetically; he's got Superhuman Strength and Durability compared to other simians, able to take multiple gunshots, being pushed off a cliff, and taking supersonic hits from the Flash; he can wield the advanced technology of Gorilla City, as well as multiple inventions of his own, including his own large Laser Guns; and he can transer his own consciousness into other bodies.
