Orm of DC Comics versus Loki of Marvel Comics. Two brothers bitterly jealous of their brothers and seek to usurp their thrones.

Orm Marius, aka Ocean Master, is the full Atlantean half-brother of Aquaman and former King of Atlantis. He wears his Royal Crown, allowing him to manipulate water and the ocean to the point where he can create massive tsunamis; and he wields the Trident of Orm, which can Manipulate the Weather to create storms, hurricanes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters, summon Lightning, fire Electro-Blasts powerful enough to take down Superman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman with a single shot, and he can use it to Manipulate Metal around him. With his Atlantean physiology, he is Amphibious, has Superhuman Strength, Durability, Speed, Reflexes and Stamina; he has Enhanced Vision and Hearing; and Accelerated Healing. Orm is an Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant; a Master Trident Combatant, both as a melee weapon and thrown; can command Marine Animals without telepathic compulsion; and he has a Genius-level Intellect, an expert in Medical Science, Mechanical Aptitude, and Tactical Analysis. However, like all Atlanteans, he dehydrates at a far faster rate than normal humans.

Loki Laufeyson is the Frost Giant adoptive brother of Thor and the God of Mischief. He wields the magic sword Laevateinn, which he can summon to himself; his Scepter, which he can use to lead and command people and objects; and an assortment of mystical empowered objects and substances he can use to expand his magical powers. With his Frost Giant physiology - augmented with Asgardian attributes - he has Superhumanly Dense Tissue, 3 times the density of a normal human's tissue; has Superhuman Strength, Durability, and Stamina; and a Regenerative Healing Factor. Loki is a Skilled Combatant, able to use Swords, Whips, and three-pronged Spears; and he is a Master Sorcerer, able to use Telekinesis, Mystical Energy Blasts, Mystical Force Fields, Illusion Casting, Teleportation, Psionics, Shapeshifting, Transmutation, Temporary Physical Enhancement, and he can bring Inanimate Objects to life and imbue objects or beings with specific but temporary superhuman powers for as long as he maintains the spell; possesses Allspeak, which allows him to speak almost any language; and he has a Genius-level Intellect, an expert Manipulator, Battle Strategist, and some knowledge of Technology, able to build a machine that amplified Iceman's powers. However, his magic is weaker outside of Asgard, and while he has Psionic abilities, he cannot read minds or control a person's actions. Loki also has a severe Superiority Complex, leading him to severely underestimate mortal opponents.
