Isaac was a normal teenage boy, not very popular and a bit of a nerd and weeb. He has a bit of insecurities and anxiety, especially socially, so he comes off as rude or awkward often times so he really struggles with girls and making new friends. He does have a good friend group that he hangs out with frequently though so he isn't a loner. He tries to act tough to be like those cool stoic anime and video game characters he sees all the time but he doesn't quite have the hang of it so he goes into a more girly personality then, he's a pretty cool nonetheless. At around 15 he developed a gigantic pair of breasts, a rack that made many girls jealous. He was diagnosed with an extreme and strange case of Gynecomastia. Despite this he's still "one of the boys" and lives a relatively normal life that you could expect from being a boy with huge tits.
