This is prurdy good, but I don't really understand what's going on with the black bar... it looks like it was added as an afterthought. I think this would be better with some other music related prop as the censoring object, like maybe a cd booklet from the cd yer listening to... or better yet, you could add the "explict lyrics parental warning" stamp as the block out... I could do a photo manip based on that last idea if you want to send me the base photo.

I just decided to post up a quick deviation of the idea I talked about in previous posts. Please disregard the "...Send me a note or something, and we can talk about this possible retouch project..." because I already did the work on the low res image and that is good enough for now. It's a cool enough picture being censored and all, I just think the black box doing the censorship work could be done a touch more creatively to make it look more like of a peice of art that stands on its own rather than a photo that has been modified for somebody else's viewing. -Y'know what I mean? I'd be glad to take a crack at it and send you a version of what I'm talking about... Send me a note or something, and we can talk about this possible retouch project.
