This was such a great idea for a commission. It's great to see the two versions finally side by side (ish) and the story flashes out the differences between the two characters. As mentioned above I don't know if the dichotomy of one experiencing pain and the other pleasure had been explored before but the juxtaposition really nicely highlights what separates their personalities and manic's artwork just as it has so many times before nails the transformation as well as capturing the emotion.

Just a thought, but given that that is a very early concept,
you could always do a revision of the origin/background story so that it would conform with the more developed (no pun) version of Amber.

The dichotomy was always there from the beginning for both characters. That's why I wanted to do the collaboration and bring the dichotomy together so to speak.
