Backstory:

Alex Jennings was born on September 3, 1967. Everybody knows that, because his alter ego, Mini-Jet Man, is the most ruthless killer around.

It all started when his parents, his brother, and his peers at school made him an outcast because of his unfortunate condition: he is an albino. After years of beatings, punishment, and overall tormenting because of his condition, he became twisted, sick, evil. His brilliant mind gave him the strength he needed to make it through life, for he knew that he would one day get his revenge. He skipped a few grades and graduated early, then mysteriously vanished, along with his weird gadgets he kept around his room, or so everyone thought. As it turned out, he was in a little hideout he had created under ground, watching the world through monitors connected to wireless spy cameras he had created (he had to steal the resources to make them) and placed around areas he was most intrigued by. He watched from afar and found that nobody, not even his parents or brother missed him. They were in fact happier than ever. After seeing the ones he loved so much being so happy about him missing, he blacked out, and woke up standing over their mutilated bodies, his creations bloody, rest in his hands. At first, he was scared, sad... but then he realized that they never cared, and the more and more he thought about it, the bigger the smile he got on his face.

He kept himself busy for years and years, until finally, in the year 2006, he had finally decided that he had made the perfect weaponry and armor to take on the world. He turned to the lift that leads out of his hideout, and grinned...

After approx. 72 people were killed (he thinks he might've killed another 3 or so), Tongue Man intervened. He thrusted his massive arm towards Mini-Jet Man, but the armor he wore made Tongue Man's punch only break his own knuckles. Mini-Jet Man used his new Mini-Jets to make his punches and kicks more powerful, and he easily sent Tongue Man through a building. He then continued to slaughter as many people as possible.

Though not dead, Tongue Man lay unconcious. He has finally met his match. Melvin ran back to Tongue Man's base.

Of course, that's just Alex's version of it all. The truth is, he was loved as a child, people didn't care that he was albino, and he lived a pretty "normal" life. His parents are still alive and currently reside in Utah. When he fought Tongue Man, he got his ass handed to him faster than any other villain in the Tongue Man universe.

Abilities:

* His armor can withstand a gattling gun, or even a grenade.
* He has two Mini-Jets that he can use to launch his punches harder and faster than normal. They can also be put onto his ankles to make him run and kick faster.
* The exposed part of his face is blocked by a magnetic field created by his helmet, which can ricochet any metal rounds, including sniper rifle and machine gun rounds.
* Mini-Jets can be attached to legs by simply throwing them down to his ankles, making switching incredibly fast.
* Right forearm contains indestructible shield.
* Left forearm has keypad, which allows Mini-Jet Man to control the Mini-Jets remotely.
