Professional constructive criticism-ist here!
1. Download a stroke stabilizer for MS Paint and use that when you're drawing your bases.
2. Necks are thicker than that, even in anime. They should go from one ear to the other.
3. Speaking of ears, actually draw them. They go from the top of the eyes to the bottom of the nose.
4. Heads are not shaped like that, it's just a little too flattened in the back.
5. There needs to be an injury for the blood to be coming from.
6. People have mouths.
