This is breathtaking! Even if it's a simple nature image, your landscape paintings always never fail to amaze me!
I love every detail you patiently add on the leaves, the rocks, trees, and even the sky. It's as if you paint everything on one layer and didn't afraid to mix all the colors. I hope you can give some tutorials for this someday. I wish I can learn more from you and improve my background painting! ^^

Well... it is because I actually do paint on single layer
I often just draw on a new layer and then merge it down to the main one once I feel a certain aspect of the painting is finished. I do sometimes use multiple layers, of course.
