They look sooo cute! How do you download them to psp 9? Sorry if I sound stupid, but I've still never found out how to download brushes!

LOL, not a stupid question! I never downloaded any brushes (or make them) because I wasn't sure how to do it.
Just download the file somewhere onto your computer (and remember where you send it to). Once it's downloaded unzip the file. I just right click on the file and select the "extract all" option then follow the steps from there (some computers are different). I included a folder in the file called PSP 9 Brushes. Copy that folder (or the brush files inside). Next, go to My Computer -> C: Drive -> Program Files -> Jasc (something or other, it's the folder for the maker of PSP) -> Paintshop Pro 9 -> Brushes. Just paste the folder or the brush files in there. If you paste the whole folder, give it a unique name. 
I hope that makes sense. I'm on the school computer right so I can't remember the exact folder names. But once you get to the Program files folder and locate the one with PSP, you should be fine.
