Name: Rising Dawn

Occupation: Summoner Pony for a Special Force of Celestial Soldiers
Special Talent/Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is an abstract crescent with a flying beast in the middle. His special talent is summoning a Roc.

Personality:
Rising Dawn is flirtations and loves to have a little fun with everypony, but knows how to get serious when he needs to be. He's calm, and prefers times of peace over times of war. Not a lot gets on his nerves, but if you anger him you're in for one hell of a beating.
Because he uses magic, he doesn't do a lot of things himself and is a little narcissistic. He hates to get his hair messed up or his hooves chipped, but will not care in times of battle.

B I O G R A P H Y:
    Rising Dawn hails from a tribe of Summoner Ponies that hail to the Northwest of Equestria. Their kind span past Vahoover and into the Frozen North's mountains, most of the population living near the Crystal Empire. The race consists mostly of Unicorns, but there are a few Earth Ponies and Pegasi. These ponies have deep ties to the creatures they control, and anything other than a Unicorn tends to have an animal bound to them. Unicorns can summon fearsome creatures, but must know how to tame and control them. The markings they have are genetic, and pass down through the family. They may earn more through difficult trials or other traits within the family, or in relation to their talent.

    Because of the scarceness of his Tribe, Dawn can be a little elitist. His magic is powerful and he is very skilled with using it, but it becomes his flaw as he doesn't see past his own perfection at times.

    When he was young, Rising Dawn's family left him to difficult trials. He learned very early how to think on his feet, as the harsh coldness of the North would have eaten him alive otherwise. He was taken in by his grandparents, who taught him all the magic he knew. Because his parents left, his tribe saw him as an outcast, but he earned their respect when he earned his cutie mark. Being attacked by a rival tribe, he summoned forth a Roc to pick them off. He earned the respect of his village elders, but he wanted more. He eventually left his home to seek out ways to learn more powerful magic, landing him in Canterlot to study.

    Through Canterlot, he met Paladin, whom he relied on for better knowledge of the world outside the Frozen North and shelter. Eventually, he became more comfortable with city life, and had a new-found love for the justice system. With his powerful magic, he was chosen to be a very good asset in the Special Force, which he joined not only striving for knowledge, but the companionship of Paladin, to which he feels undying devotion to. This devotion falters when it comes to Delicate Bloom, whom he also has fallen for. This causes some internal conflict for him, as he doesn't know who he has feelings for anymore.

But I'm glad I finished this. Really glad. I've been meaning to finish his damn ref sheet for a while!
