I drew this a while ago and finally found the time to finish coloring it. I may do Panty someday. I honestly like Panty better. xD He design is adorable.
Not that I don't love Stocking. c: She's just super popular. xD
Anyway, now no one can say I only draw my FCs BC
Her dress was made up. I pushed about three types of Lolita dresses together to make it. xDDD;;;

I like this a lot. It's the best work I've seen from you so far, technically speaking. The coloring is good and the pose is believable. The hand holding the lollipops is a bit large, but over all I think it's great.
