A magician never reveals his secrets mwhahaha but Im an artist so I'll tell you. It was pretty much a matter of getting a picture whos bone stucture and angle would work with the horses. then it was a matter of placement, blending and adding shadows. was done with photo impact

thanks, I just thought about how the bone structure would work then tried to match it up so it made sense. was tough but I think it came out pretty well.

Excellent work! I like the concept and the whole ambience. You did a great job with the centaur, can't tell where the girl ends and the horse starts 
The only thing that makes this look a little odd is the centaur's shadow, don't know if its just me though. It looks as if the shadow doesn't correspond to the body's shape. Don't know how you could improve it, but is not something that needs to be fixed, the pic is just great as it is now.

Thanks, I can see what you mean about the shadow though, I forgot to do the shadow for the upper body. I'll work on it when i get the chance
