...Oliver’s self-control, it should be mentioned, was no better than Milo’s. Caught off guard at seeing Oliver at La Crème after hours, Milo, despite his hunger, was reluctant to appear so gluttonous in front of the brunette. Yet…to not take any of the shorter boy’s proffered pastries would be an insult, would it not? One pastry led to a second, and the second led to a third, and soon enough, Milo noted embarrassedly, he had demolished the day’s leftovers. Oliver, however, hadn’t given him any incredulous or sickened looks, nor had he made any unkind or biting comments. On the contrary, the brunette seemed to be somehow…wired, his body a shell barely containing an excited energy underneath. Oliver had even…assisted Milo at times. Holding an éclair up to his mouth for him to sample. Dabbing away a drop of frosting on the corner of his mouth with a finger, and then cleaning said finger with tongue…Milo couldn’t take it anymore. He had to know.

“Oliver…why are-“, Milo was cut off, quite promptly, as Oliver forced one of the largest pastries he had ever seen into his mouth. Shocked, Milo sent the shorter boy a bewildered look.

“Let me talk first…you just concentrate on that there Mi-lo~”, Oliver sang with a warm smile, before inching closer…
