"Wait, please don't run!" The giant pleads while reaching his massively long arm towards you.

"i trip in the mud after it had rained not that long ago and getting a face full of mud ad i got up and gasped for air in between the coughing while i spat out the mud from my mouth

This gives him plenty of time to set his hand down in the mud in front of you like a giant wall of flesh. "Please, don't leave yet," he pleads. "I'm not going to hurt you, I swear."

"y-yea right your just saying that so i would lower my defenses!" as she was trying to run to the woods knowing that her guns and swords were their but she always had her switch blade in her boots shirt pants and in her bra strap

"Wha-what?" The giant stares down at her with great confusion. "Why would I need to lower your defenses? I'm a three-hundred foot tall giant," He says while gesturing to himself with his other hand. He clearly is big. And since he's only wearing a fur loincloth with a knife sheathed to his belt -- a knife bigger than her entire body -- she can see he's very lean muscled. His skin is also tan from only wearing a loincloth for years. "If I was going to do something, wouldn't I just do it?" He's trying his best to stay logical and calm, but he's worried she won't believe him. And who would believe him? He's seen too many human sacrifices believe he's a monster. No matter what he does, they always think he's a monster. The depression from his years of loneliness is starting to come up again.

I accidentally backed up into his hand and my reflexes took over and i pulled out my switch blade stabbing him in his hand and pulling it out "crap...im sorry please dont kill me!" as i said that i retracted the switch blade and put it in my pants pocket and started to run away from him *run bre! run BRE! RUN BRE! OR YOUR DEAD!* my mind kept telling me that as i ran as fast as i could and it all felt like i was running on clouds instead of the ground since i was running so fast

"Hey! Wait! Please don't leave me!" He pleads, not caring to inspect his hand because the switch blade was a very small scratch to him. He he does nothing else to try and stop her. What's the use. She thinks he's a monster anyway. Every human does. He bows his head, his depression kicking in again. He felt miserable, like he'd be alone forever.

I run away but i stopped when i was a good 20 min away from him feeling bad i go back quietly wanting to know every thing that is in his mind so i hid inside a tree bout five trees away and i covered up my voice to see what he knew "Giant....Can you hear me?"

Still in the field, he lifts his head. "Wha-what? Who's there?" He looks around, trying to find her but he sees nothing.

Actually, he's still in the middle of the clearing kneeling down. His hands are still on his lap and his head still bowed. He believes the voice is a figment of his imagination. After all, what human would ever feel sorry for a giant. "You don't mean that. I'm only a monster in every humans' eyes.

I try and find the giant by going back to the old spot but instead i get lost for i had gone to far into the forest
"I do just tell me every thing that had happened to you while i try and find you" as i walked away from him with every turn i took "just give me a second and ill be right their" as i was walking farther away and i was about a mile away from his so far

(What? I don't understand what's going on. I thought she was just talking to him from a tree just within the treeline of the clearing. How can she be a mile away from him and talking to him?)

(she was walking away from his because she thought he moved some where else to look for her and she was only five trees away from in front of him)

(Why would she think he went somewhere else. The first logical place to check would be the last place she saw him, the field. And if he wasn't there, which he is, she'd be able to start there to track him. Also, if he were five trees away, wouldn't she see him? He's three-hundred feet tall!)

*I scream and starting to struggle* "Please don't hurt me!"

The giant stops his hand. He realizes you're terrified of him, just like all the other humans. He can feel the depressing creeping up into his eyes so he bows his head, looking down at his bare feet as he's crouched down on one knee. "Wha-what did they tell you I'd do to you?"

*I stop screaming and look confused* "They said you were going to eat me!"

"I... I don't do that." He speaks as little as possible, trying to hold back the tears and hide the sorrow from his voice.

*I start to feel bad about yelling at him. I look down sadly* "I'm sorry. We have gotten off on a bad start. Let's try this again. My name is Echo. What's yours?" *I look up at him and smile nervously*

"Why should I tell you my name, Echo? You'll just run away as soon as I free you. You humans always do."

*I look at him* "Why would I run away from you?." "Just please untie me and you have my word I will not run away. You can even hold me in your hand if you don't believe me".

"You won't run away?" He reaches out and unties you from the pole. He doesn't reach out to pick you up though. "But why wouldn't you run away? Don't you think I'm a monster?"

*I look at him closely* "No, not really. You're actually kinda of cute". *I smile at him* and "I am not running away because I gave you my word". *I go to get a little closer to him* "You can pick me up if you like"

He stares down at you, thoroughly confused since no human has acted the way you have. They've all run away and none have thought he was cute! Though he truly is handsome, even if he doesn't realize it. His skin is naturally tan from being out in the sun for most his life since he's moved to the forest, and his very lean from having to live in the forest. All this can be seen because he's only wearing a fur loincloth. But after all the years of humans calling him a monster, he no longer realizes he's handsome. "Really? I could pick you up? You'd allow a three-hundred foot tall giant to just pluck you up?" He asks as he tries to figure out if this is all some sort of trick or something.

He blushes upon hearing you want to see his face. "Really? But if I were to bring you closer, wouldn't it actually be harder to see all of my face?"

*I think for a moment* "Yeah true! But I still would like to get closer to you.".

"Well, if you're sure about this..." He sets hand hand down in front of you with him palm up.

"All you need to do is sit in the center. You'd be further away from the edge then."

He nods and continues walking. "You know, I don't think we've properly introduced ourselves yet. My name is Tim."

"Hiro? That's a strange name. Isn't that a boy's name?"

I looked up at him and nodded. "Well yes, I am a boy. Why did you think I was a girl or something?". I blushed and looked away.

Tim makes it to a large clearing where there is a massive lake and a log cabin scaled just for him.

"Wow! You actually live here?!".

"Yes, this is my home. Would you care to see what it's like inside?"

She nodded her head excited. "Sure!"

He walks inside. The cabin is only one room, but that's still massive to you when this is a three-hundred foot tall giant's home! The right half of the room appears to be his "bedroom" because this is where his bed and nightstand is. The bed is facing the door with its side against the right wall underneath a window that looks out at the lake. A table is in the center of the room with a single chair. The back left corner is where a counter and all the cabinets are like a kitchen. A fireplace is in the center of the left wall.
