Description
I took Escher's "Lizards" and colored them in Photoshop. Then I wrote a program that inverts and distorts a Cartesian repeating tiling. This image is the result.Related content

When looking at Escher's Limit Circles, I thought it was just a deformation obtained by intersecting a line and an hyperbola (line=goes through the focal point of the hyperbola and the point x,y we are looking at on the plane) and just keeping two coordinates x',y' (i.e. projection on the plane)...
I found this plane deformation instead of what I was looking for..
In this deformation, the unit circle is indeed going to infinity, but it's not conformal .
I was wrong, Circles Limits are not that easy !
