I'm only at the very beginning of watching Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers at the time I'm writing this, and I've already found a background character I adore. This sweet little goat is probably not gonna show up anywhere else in the movie, but hey, it makes fanfiction writers squee with possibilities!

PS. If this scene takes place in 1982 (twelve years before I was born), I wonder what she looks like now? The same? Older? Wearing pants?

PSS. Some other nameless background characters that caught my eye were the toon from the FBI (African Wild Dog head), the dinosaur the duo slid on, and the reporter from Black and White News. May mention others if they stick out on a repeated viewing.
