thanks, it's always a pleasure to receive constructive input, unfortunately I couldn't take more frames as I didn't have a tripod, so I was some kind of lucky already to have been able to take 3 of them without blurriness... so that settles it, I guess

I have to agree with the previous comment, this is like Doom 3 meets Far Cry. Love it!

Maybe I've been inspired by videogames, I loved far cry when it came out (even if my poor PC could not handle it very well...)

Heh, yeah it was a bit hard on my GPU as well. I think I had the medium graphics settings when I first played it, though I was able to go higher after I added another GB of RAM to my setup. It was epic.

I had to stop playing after some point because of the indoor environments... it was nearly impossible to do anything @5-10 frames per second =/

Hmm, I'd have thought the outdoor ones would be worse. My computer tended to lag in dense jungles on occasion, but the indoor levels never gave me any real issues unless there were a bunch of steam pipes or some other particle system trying to render within the scene. And ALWAYS when there were Trigens around.

That is so cool! Just like the setting for one of those horror type RPG games! Well done!

Superbe !

have you ever thought about making some of these into hi-res desktop wallpapers? I'd love to use some.

I can do it, but as no one asks me I usually don't
what is the resolution of you screen?

no1Joel In reply to bubus666 [2010-05-19 15:27:13 +0000 UTC]

1920 x 1200, but anything over this size is fine. Instead of doing them one by one, maybe a .zip pack of your favourites? Sorry if this seems selfish or is a pain

bubus666 In reply to no1Joel [2010-05-19 17:40:06 +0000 UTC]

A .zip pack is a good idea, but I'm don't really know how I should do it, maybe I'll do it one day, but it will take some time, and as you may see, my photos are sometimes a bit noisy in hi-res...

bubus666 In reply to pandacolor [2010-05-18 23:27:35 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

bubus666 In reply to pandacolor [2010-05-19 13:37:04 +0000 UTC]
