I'm back DeviantArt!Since I have been with out Illustrator for a long time, I decided to practice for a while.
So I decided to ask legendary Tom Bancroft if I may do a vector portrait of one of his sketches. And he said yes!
So I decided to go with this one titled "Batter UP"
Tom gave me some great tips about shadow tones in getting this portrait done.
Now that I have Illustrator again, my sketches will finally be completed in beautiful detail.
Original sketch by . Vector graphics done with Adobe Illustrator CS5 by me. Gradient background and text done with Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 by me.
