Description
Here it is, folks! I bring to you my latest and final installment of The Bug-Off Jukebox! It's been fun, but this is my last song. This one holds a special place in my heart: Flow/Bounce! It is a unique song for me because it was the first time I used voice audio recorded on a friend's computer! It gave me a whole new element for me to play with and whole new problems to struggle with. So be sure to tell me what you think of it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Before you listen to it, you might want to read this first because this song actually has a funny story to it! The origins of this song come from a single night from my first college university. I have a friend that attended with me that loves to party and drink and one night I hung out with him and a small group of friends (maybe five or six of us all together) and they all got completely wasted. At some point past midnight the conversation starts turning philosophical and one of them gets the bright idea to use my buddies computer and microphone to record poetry as they come up with it. The idea is that one person would say something into the mic, then pass it to the next person who would then say the next thing that came to their mind. They would just flow with it and bounce from one drunk to the next. You will not hear my voice in this because I was the only person that did not drink (seriously, I did not drink before I was 21). However, I am referred to once at the beginning and it leads on one of my favorite memories of my old college. See, it was a running joke at the university just how many train tracks run through the local town and just before they're about to begin their session, a train whistle suddenly sounds through the window. I, being the closest to the window, get up and close it so that they can record in peace and leads to the one time I'm mentioned in the recording when one of them jokes, "Let the sober one deal with the... window." The others then chime in with "Sober?" "Sober?!" "This-this 'sober' you speak of...".About two years later, my friend with the recordings listens to some of the songs I made with my music studio software and sends me the recordings my college friends made so that I could turn them into a song. The result is what has become my favorite song out of the bunch, if for no other reason than nostalgia's sake.
So to reiterate: this is a song of drunken poetry! Every person you hear is either smashed or at least really buzzed!
I hope you enjoy it for what it is.
So long, every one!

I guess it's just one of those things where you'd have to know the people involved to like it.

ok, sure, what to say about it.
Not something I can listen long to.
I donΒ΄t understand a single word (I wouldnΒ΄t even if it was in german XD) and the beat is nice but boring.
So sorry... not my thing.
But that doesnΒ΄t matter, when you like it that much and it reminds you on the good old time.

It's best not to try to make sense out of anything they say. A lot of the words I cut and moved around. And most of it is just jibberish anyway.
