Description
"World" character.This is a character I designed for ~rainvine . She wanted her own original Buindas character and asked me to draw one for her according to her specifications. This is what I came up with.
She is a mammal/plant hybrid ( that's naypsian/floryte in Buindas terms) with a mainly warmblooded body wrapped in vines that grow flower blossoms.
As of right now, she has no official name, biography, or gift force. I'm trying to leave that up to Rainvine as much as possible. This page will be updated if her status changes.

I put all my Buindas stuff into scraps. I never color this work and I usually put unfinished works like that into scraps. I have a folder for her, though, that can be clicked on in the main gallery.

You should draw her eating a house or turning some helpless, innocant handsome person into an over-chubby bunny or lizard thing.

Alright, so I'm getting the feeling that you want her to be a pretty eccentric character.
Most of this seems work-able. The word 'vegan' doesn't exist in Buindas, but she could be strictly vegetarian, no problem.
She doesn't like civilization, or things like war.
Buindas WAS in a war with another country, but it's been over for a few years now.
She loves the rain, so could it be that she decided to rename herself "Raen" to suit her obsession?
She, of course, isn't really a queen. Buindas already has queen and a royal family and all that. However, I don't see how that would keep her from thinking she's a queen. She could call herself, "Queen Raen: queen of the rain!"
Her ability to transform people into other things can be accomplished in one of two ways. First, and most likely, it's her gift force. Gifts can be anything and are defined by the person using them. The other possibility is that she's using magic. This seems a little more unlikely because magic has to be learned from books and teachers, and Raen doesn't strike me as a character that has access to either of those things.
As for actually eating buildings and weapons, I don't see how she'd be able to accomplish something like that... unless if it was another part of her gift. But then her gift wouldn't be transforming people, so just think about what you want for a second here.

Anything about her history? She's mammal/plant, so who were her parents? What kind of childhood did she have? Why does she hate civilization and love the rain?

I'm glad you do. And I understand that you like being silly. You can have a silly character.
But Buindas is supposed to be a more serious story. Very high concept, of course, but realistic in it's use.
