Thank you MarineKurt. Β Have to agree. Daytime images certainly didn't have the depth the evening images had once the interior of the structure was lit. It's actually not even something I thought of until I saw the full screen images last night after uploading to my computer. Β The interior lighting made a huge difference in the depth of the subject structure.

I also think the color contrast helps the structure "pop". Warm colors tend to be perceived as closer and cooler, ie bluer background is perceived as further away. The local airport here has a similar parking structure--there are great shapes to play with the composition. Cool shot!
