Description
I got engaged! To celebrate this happy, sappy time, I have created these new six-legged baby guys! Floralopes are a deer/antelope=based species that I came up with after looking at a lot of ideas for my bouquet.
Floralopes are a closed species so they are only for me to make unless express permission is given, but if anyone is interested in getting a custom one I am super excited to maybe be commissioned for them! I really want to get a lot of them made before the wedding if I can. As of right now, any and all sales of Floralopes are going to be going to paying for our wedding and for our loved ones to travel so they might join us for this joyous time in my time.
Floralope Species Trait Rarity Guide
Trim
A floralope'skey feature is its bouquet tail! Bouquets increase in rarity with their trim and wrapping, as well as their growth style. Floralopes with overgrown tails require more maintenance and are much harder to come by. Shaped tails are a novelty feature that achieve a cute look that's well worth the work to maintain them!
Bouquet
Bouquets increase in rarity with the numberof flower species that make up the bouquet. Bouquets made up of one or two kinds of flowers are seen most often. Rarer bouquets might even have fancy adornments like pearls or objects in the bouquet. The very rarest might even be made upentirely of things that aren't flowers!
Ankles
Floralopes can have ankles that are fuzzy, furry, fluffy, or feathered. Fluffy and feathered ankle fur are more rare and sought-after, but are conversely much more difficult to groom.
Eyes
Floralopes have great vision and their eyes are large, bright, and shining. Rectangular and circular pupils are the norm, but some might not even have pupils at all! The rarest Floralopes have shaped pupils. These might be hearts, or stars, or other fun shapes.
Hair
Hair on a Floralope will depend on its breeding. Most owners and breeders prefer Floralopes with shorter 'dos so that they can be groomed easily. Some Floralopes have hair that takes the form of a lustrous mane. Floralopes with manes that wrap entirely around the neck are scarce, but are not unheard of.
Ears
Floralopes have very soft and sensitive ears! The standard variety can have perky or floppy ears, but specially-bred rarer varieties with novelty ears exist. Floralopes with floppy ears, especially very long ones, require more attention and grooming.
Horns
Floralopes are docile, plant-eating creatures that rarely fight amongst themselves. The horns on a Floralope are purely for defense. Even the most sassy and aggressive Floralopes prefer to flee than fight. Some Floralopes never grow horns atall. Unicorn horns are the very rarest!
