Name taken from the stock used for reference-[link] from ~MistressIniquityTurned out okay I guess considering it's my first attempt at a portrait so far. Still it could use some work, and I need to add more contrast in the drawing part. Loved doing the 'little' pendant though, probably one of the most accurate parts of the whole drawing I think. I accidentaly added in a bit of a smile-liked it so decided to keep it.
Postwork in photoshop- get rid of smudges in the background and such
Can d/l full-size view but I don' think it's a good idea (big file with all detail seen in smaller view)

I too am a traditional artist, so since critique is encouraged, I would say that I would like to see a bit more contrast in this piece- like under the left rim of the hat(your left).But otherwise great, and thanks again.

I was thinking on something like that- I know digitally contrast is what what defines nearly everything-form the edges and so on. Nice to have someone else, who is presumably more experienced say such. Thanks for the comment/critique though; not many people are willing to say what could use some work still.
