This would make a really nice ranger station/lodge.

Okay show me when you are done. This was an actual client design, but they backed out when the real estate/banking crash started in 2007...

Some plans are more complete than others. I see the more drastic/picturesque types as better candidates, but a small cottage might work too.

I really really like that.. You have carried out it very accurately and carefully and particularly. I like to design houses and room plans too, but Im still beginner and I have to learn so much more.. anyways it is so intresting to look your work.

Well, my floor plans are for an American market, so keep that in mind. Each part of world will want different arrangements I'm sure...

There's a story behind it. It WAS for a client, so it WAS someone's dream home...

Oui je suis du Québec! J'étudie en technologie de l'architecture au Cégep de Trois-Rivières et dans un an et demi j'irai à l'Université de Montréal. As-tu étudié au Québec ou En Caroline?

No, my parents went to U of Montreal though. I was raised in Detroit! All of my extended family, cousins, aunts and uncles, are all still in Montreal area. My francais, c'est na pas tres beau, so I write English , but I understood what you wrote. I went to school at Michigan State and studied Art History and many other subjects. You are at a technical school? Two yr degree school? Or?

NO it's only 2500 Square feet! I swear! That's much smaller than most houses being built in an upscale mountain development. Problem is, as the client found out, fixed costs make the house expensive to build anyway. The client pushed for it to be under 2500 SF.

I just checked, and your in Aussie Land, so square feet is maybe not a good indicator, but trust me, by our standards, this is pretty small...
