well she's all in the mud in the first panel
second panel is a screen shot of atlantis where this magical shield cracks all the lava and saves atlantis (meaning that she's using some sort of magic power or aura to get out)
then she's out in perfect condition
turns out it is her aura of fabulosity that got her out clean, because she is far too fabulous to ever be sullied by mud.
The judges thing is just a very old gag. usually used when someone makes a landing somewhere that they didn't intend on. and derpy is holding her sign upside down, because well...she is derpy.
