So after I saw my Fox friend did a character sheet of there gaster Maestro I just had to do one of GeneralFell!! So here is some background info on the guy:

Asgore had not listen to his close friend Gaster and despite all his warnings he decided to declare war on the humans. Humans, the creatures that show no respect or recognition to any of monster kind, the same creatures that continually repressed his people, no more Asgore thought. It was time for monster kind to stand up before there persecutors and take back what rightfully belonged to them AND ONLY THEM. But who would help to lead this large army Asgore though. He needed someone strong, intimidating, trustworthy, someone who would not dare turn there back on him. He needed a FRIEND.....he needed GASTER. When the call reached Gaster he could not refuse it and took on the burden to fight....to fight a war he never wanted...a war he knew would only end in the destruction of both kinds...he took on this burden if it meant his only living friend could survive. Before he leaves his small cottage of a home, he goes to a small grave stone to lay down a set of buttercups on the ground. Quietly he whispers "I'm sorry....I couldn't keep our promise" and with that he leaves.

the grave stones says: Rosanna

Attacks: Fell!Gaster is all about strength and endurance so this guy has so much HP and can do a whole lot of damage with his red attacks. He is constantly training with weights so much that he can sometimes injury himself on them. Hence why he has bandages on his arms since one of his exercises is to put weights on his arms and climb trees with them on and then climb back down. His armor is really heavy which does slow him down and limit a bit of his mobility, but it does handle damages very well. He only uses his gaster blasters in extreme conditions since it can tire him out fast if he constantly uses them. Yup, he is pretty much a tank....
