Description OMG a stamp that I am actually fairly satisfied with? Yep its true. I didn't even think most of the elements in this stamp would work out but they did. And I love the emote in this one. X3

This is a stamp for all of you who still play the classic games of the 70s, 80s, and heck even 90s. I wish my NES was still in perfect condition, but heck, that why I am glad there is the Virtual Console on the Wii! Although I haven't purchased anything in awhile because I have been hopelessly waiting for Super Mario RPG ._.

Hmm I love the classics, maybe more than most games that come out in recent times. But someday they will be classics too, so whatever. XD;

Feel free to use in your journal/shoutboard if you have a subscription, and I also love comments and s from everyone, but I'm not forcing anyone of course.
Thanks everyone

Dude, I still play Donkey KongΒ Countries 1, 2, and 3 (2 being my favorite), I still play Yoshi's Story, Banjo-Kazooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Mario Kart 64, Ocarina of time (which I have for the 3DS), and many other old games.

The point is, most games will never change, no matter how old you get. Hell, I'll probably want to play Super Mario Galaxy or Donkey Kong Country Returns by the time I'm in my 40s or 50s

Aww broke? Most of them have broke or stopped working if they haven't been maintained. Mine is still somewhere with my family but I bet it doesn't work. V_V Yay for virtual console though!

Aww you're making me feel old, even though the age gap we have isn't all that big. XD Either way, yay for SNES!

Yes.
When I was younger, I used to spend countless hours playing A Link to the Past. xD
My dad refuses to sell any of our SNES games, even if we have duplicates. So now I have like, literally a suitcase full of them.

What's hip today will be zip in years ahead. xD

I still play PS1 classic RPG "Dewprism/Threads Of Fate". My poor, poor PS1 console died of a burnt laser, so a friend of mine downloaded a PS1 emulator for my laptop. Now I can play my beloved PS1 games on the computer. ^^

Emulators are always a benefit. Thankfully the PS2 and 3 play PSOne games too, so even if my PSOne would ever die, It's a non-issue with backwards compatability. ^^

My PS2 can't play any games, sadly. I have the emulators to do it for me.

if your a classic lover does it count if you emulated games on your computer (even though I have played them on a real console like Sega genesis and Gameboy)

Busiris In reply to Artimusthefoxdragon [2012-10-07 05:07:59 +0000 UTC]

I'm not too keen on emulations, myself. However, they're still classic games so they count!

I still got mine, fully working!!, and I beat The Legend of Zelda (just the first quest) and Super Mario Bros. 3 from time to time

I don't have too much games either, so I use my emulator to play the MegaMan saga (from 1 to 6, yep)

Nice to know old school won't die

I don't really care much for these newfangled systems.....yeah....I'm 19

I got a 360 for SF IV and sports games and whatever else the Wii didn't have. I have the Wii and it's alright but it's a bit different (except for stuff like MM9, MM10, etc.).

Most of it I just don't care for. I'll load up MM2, Super Mario World or DKC2 if I have to. And that's all the time.

It's not all that old though..Only around 20 years old.

Thanks
