Kamen Rider Kougetsu (仮面ライダー皇月 Kamen raidā kōgetsu) is the protagonist of the homonymous series, that is a revamp of stitcherjack's Kamen Rider Lu-nar.

Kougetsu's civilian identity is Himeko Tsukida (月田姫子 Tsukida Himeko), a tokyo-born barista and daughter of an old watchmaker that is revealed to be an Singularity Point,a human with the ability to exist independently of time itself, and be unaffected by changes in their own past, therefore being essential to the battle with Imagins that were not destroyed by the electric king and his loyal knights (Kamen Rider Den-O, the Denliner crew and Zeronos).

Issuntaros is one of the hundreds of Imagin that arrived in the year 2007, making a contract with Ittetsu Nakashiba (中柴一徹 Nakashiba Ittetsu), a man that, along with his wife, had the dream of having a child. after Ittetsu unfortunately dies, Issun makes a contract with Himeko to pursue an epic adventure, like he always wanted. together they become Kamen Rider Kougetsu Crossbow Form (www.deviantart.com/buzz160604/… )

as in for his personality, Taros is ridiculously heroic and righteous, with the other characters making fun of him by that and because of his height in physical form, being shorter then most women, which pisses him off a lot. when possessing someone, he gives a samurai bun-like hairstyle to them, even for women.

his catchphrase is "be big or small, i'll defeat you earnestly!" (大きくても小さくても本気で倒す！Ōkikute mo chīsakute mo honki de taosu!)
