Description
Hiroyuki Tsukida (月田浩之 Tsukida Hiroyuki) is an alternate timeline version of the father of Himeko Tsukida (www.deviantart.com/buzz160604/… ), who is in his late 20's and didn't have his child, receiving the Retsu-O Belt the day she was born, making contracts with three ninja-like imagins in 1967 to become the ninja that leaps through time, Kamen Rider Retsu-O (仮面ライダー列王 Kamen raidā retsu-ō), but when touching the belt after being brought to 2007, vague memories of his marriage and Himeko being born start to appear in his mind, as if his two variants were one and the same. So he starts to fight alongside his "daughter" (that is around the same age as him) to understand his situation more.

Retsu-O transforms into his Shuriken Form (シュリケンフォーム shurikenfōmu) when possessed by the crimson toad ninja imagin Jiraiyamon (ジライヤモン), that he personally named after Jiraiya (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiraiya ) and Ishikawa Goemon (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ishikawa… ), and transforms his goofy and loud personality into a more serious and silent one, along with changing his weapon, the Ninjagasher (ニンジャガッシャー Ninjagasshā), into a Shuriken-like form.

his finisher is called Toad Ninpo: Rainy Season Shuriken technique (蛙忍法梅雨手裏剣術 Kaeru ninpō tsuyu shuriken-jutsu), and in it, Retsu-O creates several copies of the Ninjagasher Shuriken Mode that are thrown at the enemy from the mouth of an energy frog.
