Haruki Ino/Kamen Rider Bowtan (猪野遥希/仮面ライダーボウタン Ino haruki/ kamen raidāboutan) is the eighth participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed, being one of the two replacement riders for the second on-screen game, but his first chronological appearance is on a game 15 years before the series take place, participating alongside Kamen Rider Camino and Nazma. Haruki was the lead guitarrist of a hard rock band called Wild Hogs, however they never had a hit song or blew up in any way. When their drummer lost the movement of his hands and they couldn't find anyone to replace him, Haruki decided to enter the Desire Grand Prix for the drummer to get his hands's movement back and for the band to be a success.

But near the end of the game, Ino and another player got severely injured at the brain, to a point the management was forced to Retire them, in a similar scenario to Keiwa in the original universe. After that, the band disbanded as they believed their faliure at creating a hit song and two of their members being heavily injured was a great wave of bad luck from creating the band in the first place. After getting recovered, he lost his dream in music and became a botanic, wishing in his return to the game to discover a new species and be renowned for that discovery.

in his second appearance, Bowtan uses the Garden Raise Buckle (ガーデンレイズバックル Gādenreizubakkuru), that grants the user manipulation of any kind of plant, using them for his advantage in combat. he also gains the rake/scythe weapon Garden Harvester (ガーデンハーベスター Gādenhābesutā) with this form.
