Atsushi Ebara/Kamen Rider Coil (荏原篤志/仮面ライダーコイル Ebara Atsushi/Kamen raidākoiru) is the first participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed.

Atsushi is the father of a girl that was bullied because of her "ugly" appearance, when in actuality, she was so beautiful as the other girls, who were just envious of her. To help his daughter, who he values a lot and raises all by himself after his wife died, he enters the DGP with the desire of creating a world where beauty doesn't really matter, and no kind of prejudice exists.

His Rider Form, Kamen Rider Coil, is inspired by a black carp and is very focused on close physical damage, using his signature Raise Buckle, Rocket Raise Buckle (ロケットレイズバックル Rokettoreizubakkuru), to get a heavy propulsion, and then striking his opponents with even more force. his personal accessory, the Coil Band (コイルバンド Koirubando) increases the user's speed.

His main finisher is the Rocket Strike (ロケットストライク Rokettosutoraiku), an attack in which Atsushi uses his propulsors to launch himself upwards before landing a classic Rider Kick.
