Jinichi is a failed comedian that has the desire to get back on stage to do his stand-up shows. he loves to make jokes, wordplays and call people funny names, so he is annoying to some of his opponents. He wants to create a world that people were less serious, less worried and more free to laugh.

His rider form is a brown catfish-based rider that utilizes the Stone Raise Buckle (ストーンレイズバックル Sutōnreizubakkuru), which is based on rocks, the ground, and mining equipment. The Stone Buckle, along with granting the user earth manipulation, it makes the user able to use the Stone Driller (ストーンドリラー Sutōndorirā) drill weapon, that can crush even metal.

Nazma's main finisher is the Stone Strike (ストーンストライク Sutōnsutoraiku), called by him in his first appearance as the Nazma Plasma stone-breaking kick (ナズマプラズマ石砕キック Nazumapurazuma Ishikudakick), is a sequence of attacks with his drill finished with a kick that creates a crack image on the target.
