Katsuro Sutou/ Kamen Rider Onikuma (須藤勝朗/仮面ライダーオニクマ Sutō Katsuro/ kamen raidāonikuma) is the ninth participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed, being one of the two new participants for the third on-screen game, but his first chronological appearance is on a game 15 years before the series take place, participating alongside Kamen Rider Camino, Bowtan and Nazma.

Katsuro is a college teacher that entered the Desire Grand Prix 15 years ago in order to become immortal and never age. He is heavily related to Camino's backstory, as Sutou was an essential piece to an incident of that game that led to the death of an innocent person that was not a DGP participant and Raito's lover along with Bowtan getting heavy brain damage.

Onikuma uses the Vampire Raise Buckle (ヴァンパイアレイズバックル Vu~anpaia reizu bakkuru), that grants the user enhanced power, speed, and dexterity, along with the ability of becoming invisible, using them for his advantage in combat. he also gains the spear weapon Vampire Dracu-Lancer (ヴァンパイアドラキュランサー Vu~anpaia dorakyuransā) with this form.
