Iron Ogre (アイアンオーガ Aian'ōga) is Onikuma's final form obtained with the usage of the Iron Ogre Raise Buckle (アイアンオーガレイズバックル Aian'ōgareizubakkuru), a buckle originally created as a last resort to destroy the Jyamato, but was stolen by an ally of the Jyamato and altered to favor them, granting the user a gargantuan increase in their power, but taking their control of themselves, becoming more violent, instinctive and emotionally driven when using it.

The user also gains access to the Iron Ogre Blade (アイアンオーガブレード Aian'ōgaburēdo), a weapon that can become any other buckle's weapon if that buckle is set on its sheath.

Fun fact: the gibberish in the form's transformation sound is actually Jyamato for "Tatakae, onikuma! (戦え、オニクマ!), or "Fight, Onikuma!)
