Misuzu Takahashi/Kamen Rider Tuner (高橋美鈴／仮面ライダーチューナー Takahashi misuzu/ kamen raidāchūnā) is the tenth participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed, being one of the two new participants for the third on-screen game, but her first chronological appearance is on a game 15 years before the series take place, participating alongside Kamen Rider Camino, Bowtan and Nazma.

Misuzu was the secretary of a famous enterprise's CEO that originated from a very poor background that originally entered the Desire Grand Prix to create a world without poverty, but unfortunately, near the end of the game, she and Haruki Ino/Kamen Rider Bowtan got involved in an accident alongside Kamen Rider Camino and Onikuma that ended up with a structure's destruction, the death of a young woman that was not involved with the competition and both Misuzu and Haruki Ino/Kamen Rider Bowtan being severely injured at the brain, to a point the management was forced to Retire them, in a similar scenario to Keiwa in the original universe. She ended up in a coma, but woke up completely fine when Raito Tsumida/Kamen Rider Camino won the second game and his desire of her not dying was granted. She then used art to free herself from her traumas. until she became a famous painter and felt ready to return to the DGP, this time with the wish that people valued art and culture more.

in her second appearance, Tuner uses the Paint Raise Buckle (ペイントレイズバックル Peintoreizubakkuru), that lets Misuzu manipulate paint to use as a trapping mechanism and as a projectile. Her weapon in this form is the Paint Splatter (ペイントスプラッター Peintosupurattā), an airbrush that can turn into a paintball gun-like weapon that shoots high-pressurized jets of ink.

Her main finisher is the Paint Strike (ペイントストライク Peintosutoraiku), an array of shots with the Paint Splatter followed by a Rider Kick surround by ink blots.

Fun Fact: Misuzu, in her painting career made an painting called "The Wounded Wolf", that depicts a wold that was shot down by an armed man after a sheep was killed. A bird can be seen crying, and on the background, a bear can be seen laughing at the situation. the whole piece is a reference to her traumas, with the animals aluding to the riders's motifs.
