Carno! Right-Mode! Beat Up! Simple, Single, Rumble! Jingle, Jingle, Oh Yeah! (Carno!) (カルノ！ライトモード！ビートアップ！シンプル、シングル、ランブル！ジングル、ジングル、オーイエー！（カルノ！）Karuno! Raitomōdo! Bītoappu! Shinpuru, shinguru, ranburu! Jinguru, jinguru, ōiē! (Karuno! ) )

Akiji Neruta (練田アキジ Neruta akiji) was one of the scientists that had the first contact with the Giff Stamp on the 1971 South America expedition by Noah, and implanted some of Giff's cells on himself, thus developing an inner demon, called Jingle (ジングル Jinguru).
This demon, however, manifested a more kind-hearted personality than Akiji's own, representing his young self, that was much kind, joyful and free. The Giff cells in his body would be inherited by his son Kazuya, that died right after he manifasted his demon, the malicious Rise. To overcome this and use it to his plans, Akiji conserved his son's heart and Giff cells to create a clone of his son and later turn both the clone and "his" demon into Kamen Rider Rest (www.deviantart.com/stitcherjac… ) and Kamen Rider Rise (www.deviantart.com/stitcherjac… ) to battle the other demons that appeared in earth. But when his plan backfired on him, he created the Rest Riser J (レストライザーJ Resutoraizā J) to turn him and Jingle into Kamen Rider Jive and Jingle, the foils to Rest and Rise.

Using the Carno Vistamp (カルノバイスタンプ Karuno baisutanpu), both Jive and Jingle can transform into their base form, Carno Genome (カルノゲノム Karunogenomu), based on a carnotaurus. In Jingle's case, his power is very balanced in this form, but is slightly faster than his master, Jive. His finisher attack in this form is the Carno Jingle Finish (カルノジングルフィニッシュ Karunojingurufinisshu), a flurry of kicks with blasts of energy that resemble a dinosaur's biting mouth. Images of Jingle posing to the camera are also shown during the finisher.
