Once again it's an amazing job and thanks a lot for sharing.
Once question: would it be possible to have the wallpaper in higher resolution?
On my configuration (1366x768) size of the wallpaper is only 87k...
Thanks a lot in advance and congratulations again.

The minimum requirement is Windows 7. I'll make it Windows XP in the new update.

Very original mate is there any chance you could do a 1366x768 Res version as it is the most used display size worldwide. Thanks anyway

Fix this: you can't force people to use unstable version.

Rainmeter beta isn't unstable. Only stable changes are incorporated into the weekly beta releases. I've practically always used the beta for several years now and there were perhaps two times a minor bug made it in there.

Hello!
Absolutely loving your design concept
i just have one issue, the temperature number doesn't change to Celsius, but rather stays in Fahrenheit.
Is there something i did wrong?
i've changed the Unit to C. yet still doesn't change.

The unit must be lowercase. It should look like Unit=c.

Either the weather code you inserted was incorrect or the weather in your area is not available.

Solely for the purpose of constructive criticism, I suggest taking a cue from this Rainmeter skin: BatteryWallpaper by manci5
It loads the wallpapers automatically. Very user friendly. Still kind of a CPU hog, though. But whatev.

The Battery Wallpaper actually runs similar to the way mine runs. The only difference is that mine is required to go online to retrieve the weather information while his already has the information on his computer, which is probably why mine consumes more CPU.

Simulint In reply to C---M [2012-09-10 07:52:22 +0000 UTC]
Well, his loads the wallpaper automatically:
onrefreshaction=!SetWallpaper #Currentpath#[ChooseWallpaper].png
Yes, yours uses more CPU, but not enough to bog down the computer.
To make the wallpaper automatically ClickThrough, use:
onrefreshaction=!ClickThrough
And to make the wallpaper appear behind everything, use:
onrefreshaction=!ZPos -1
Hope that helps!

When I was making this skin I was using a template that I made that fits monitors with a 16:9 and 16:10 ratio. The aspect ratio for a monitor that fits 1280 x 1024 is 5:4. If I get enough requests then I will make a new template and submit it.

Niceee ... but I haven't seen that rain skin like that. It is so heavy ! Haha
Find somehow to reduce it !

I've tried to make it as small as possible but making a new image for every form of weather is the equivalent of having 50 wallpapers as a skin. This skin contains a lot of image files that take up a lot of space so it is reccomended that you delete the extra variations of screen resolutions that you don't use.
