The one with 6 arms? Playback Papyrus. I don't know a lot about him, except that it's an AU where Papyrus absorbed the souls after Flowey betrayed him.

Oh I'm in the process of the story aspect its a what if scenario like if frisk stayed in the underground but time went forward and its like 15years later and the cast of undertale aged. Undyne being a general and papyrus finally being a royal guard and mk being old enough to sign up to join the guard
