Early update cause I might be gone tomorrow again and dunno when I'll be back really :3

Yes I redesigned the Lancer cause it just didn't look.. well I wanted it to look more like a flying cannon than anything else and I'm sure that my love Altearithe will be laughing her hot ass off cause she's had a ball with more "phallic" designs earlier, I'm sure this won't elude her cute and awesome eyes XD

Even so, it really is nothing but a huge, flying cannon so where as the Crusader is a cruiser riding on the back of a huge weapon's and engines platform that can only attack enemies at close range (except with missiles that deal limited damage) the Lancer is equally inept at striking at close targets but can take out just about anything from afar with surgical precision.

It matches the Crusader's speed and agility (both are barely existent) but can operate at a higher altitude and it relies heavily on support-craft; but on the plus side, it can fire several volleys before it runs out of power, so it is a durable work-horse and a force to be reckoned with.

The many sharp protrusions are cobalt crystals that will channel the blast of the main cannon and stabilize it, they don't ad much to the "beauty" of the beast itself. The flat panels are there to negate wind influence and magnetic flux as the beam generally won't fire in a straight line, but one can do one's best, right? :3
