I like how professional the shot looks. The way your'e dressed does put emphesiss on your curvious forms (something I'd like to point out to an extent). The concept for the shot is great, and I like the enterpretation of the "Naughty Nurse" thingy.
All in all the shot as a photogrphic piece is really well done. I applaud you my dear.
