The second day in my video game deviation week: [link]Unfortunately, I am also unfamiliar with these people, but they are the HECU units from the Half Life series and this is one of the designs of the units.
To explain the rule stated above, a list of rules were created for the HECU units in Half Life: Opposing Force that mock the infamous Murphey's law, part of which states "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong."

Holy crap, this is awesome.
It's also the only Murphy's Combat Law I memorized other than the one about "if it has to be together to work, chances are it can't be shipped together"
