What is Super Sentai? I'm guessing it's Power Rangers that are farther ahead than America, correct? As for this art, its awesome!

Super Sentai is the original version in Japan. Power Rangers started out by using footage from the shows spliced with American actors inbetween. Some shows such as Jungle Fury started making new Rangers that didn't appear in the original show, and others such as the recent Megaforce and Super Megaforce (Season 2) are combined from two Sentai shows, which in that case were Goseiger and Gokaiger respectively. The Sentai shows tend to be much darker in tone at times, such as the Dragon Ranger (Green Ranger) dying and passing his powers onto his brother, Tyranno Ranger (Red Ranger) in Zyuranger, which is America's original Power Rangers.

Megaforce is terrible.Like if you thought Samurai was bad, Megaforce is incredibly stale.

Not entirely sure yet myself, as I haven't seen it yet. I'll get around to it soon though, and I'll tell you then. I'm an old-school fan myself, so I'd rank the original Mighty Morphin and definitely Zeo up in my top ones.
