Hey!!
Here's how I did the horns:
1- Give the horns the shape you like with any material. Gamzee’s are made of Paper and Tape so they’re much lighter than Vriska’s. I recommend that u make them as light as u can, for your own sake…
2- Tape them to the bow, just a bit, and then start putting the wool around it till it is set and wont shake, make sure you cover all of the horn and it still gets the shape you want. You can add some random diagonal wool just so it looks cooler hehe…
3- Cover it all in white glue. 2 or 3 times should be enough. (This is the part you have to be patient but its very important and really worth it)
4- Finally you just have to paint them as you like over the dried glue.
