I love the color choices and the mix of blurred areas and sharp areas; it really does create a representation of emotions how some can be understood while others are undefined and hard to decipher.
Very nice!

wow. this is a spectacular piece. was the origianl a photograph of trees? doesn't matter, i just love the patterns and colors...... if looking, similar displays of patterns and colors are everywhere, with or without gimp or photoshop unveiling them (with is more fun, however!)

Hehehe, believe it or not, it's not a photo at all. I just took a blank canvas in GIMP and used the tools available to make this.
Pure digital art my friend.
Glad you like it.

on a critical note, i'd suggest a more gradient blur, or maybe a less noticable blurring of the light reds? although honestly i don't know how this comment has any ground whatsoever considering art is a game of personal taste, haha, but voila, mon opinion.
this is great, just so ya know.

Thankees. Somehow the tedious job of fine tuning that huge one has bored me. I suppose I should just get it over with, or post the current version in my scraps.
