She was adopted by Theo after hearing reports of a sassy pokemon that was causing trouble at the center with its pick-pocketing habits.
Bailey initially refused Theo's invitations to be adopted by him til he managed to win her over with a beautiful hair bow that sparkled with dainty rhinestones. She now collects extravagant hair bows to wear for various occasions; bonus points are given, if you gift her one that is shiny.
She was the least fussy of Theo's pokemon in terms of names picked out for them. Her own name comes from a favorite liquor of his--as well as her nickname being that of a popular chocolate brand.
