Grand Canyon is magical at any time of the day, but Β never more so than at sunrise or sunset. Β When your rafting the river, you never even see the sun until after 10AM. Β Unless you are on an East, West section of the river. Β The canyon is one of my most favorate places, and I'll be making a road trip back there in June 2016.

Well, right now the ajenda is mesa verdi, monument valley, grand canyon (north rim), bryce, arches, and dinosaur national monument. Β We will then swing into wyoming and hit devils tower and mt. rushmore on the way home. Β This is all tenative for now but we plan on being on the road for about two weeks.

If the sky had some beautiful skies and those skies were shielding the sun. making a large spectrum of colors, it were perfect. But even this version is amazing!

This is absolutely beautiful, I actually like the size and crop of it as well, it really accentuates the long, deep mountains. That sunset is just gorgeous! Great shot!Β
